We’re Epicurean’s in-house creative and management team, built from the ground up to offer couples a wedding day that flows beautifully and effortlessly. We handle the details most couples don’t even realise they need to think about — the flow of guests between ceremony and reception, the timing of canapés, the way a table is lit at golden hour.
We don’t just know this venue — we live and breathe it.
Our team has worked in and around Epicurean Red Hill for over a decade. From the Barrel Room’s rustic grandeur to the glass attrium inside The Shed… we understand how to make this venue shine in every season, for every kind of celebration.
Our co-founder Cassandra, a wedding photographer with a documentary eye, knows this place like the back of her hand.
She’s captured countless love stories here — from quiet moments before the ceremony to wild dance floors under festoon lights. She’s there from the beginning, shaping your timeline, advising on lighting, and blending effortlessly into your day to catch the real, honest, beautiful stuff.
Our in-house florist Lauren takes the same approach — designing floral installations and tablescapes that feel like they’ve always belonged here.
Inspired by the Peninsula’s seasons and textures, she works closely with each couple to create something layered, natural, and deeply personal.
And then there’s our coordination team – Led by Alexander — the one who keeps it all humming.
Whether you’re hosting 60 guests or 150 guests… we’re across every detail, working behind the scenes so you don’t have to. Of course, you’re welcome to bring your own florist or photographer — we love working with other creatives.
