This past weekend, we had the honour of celebrating a wedding that touched us deeply…
One we will carry with us for years to come. Kate & Frank’s wedding at Epicurean Red Hill was more than just a celebration; it was a reminder of the fragility, strength, and beauty of love.
In a twist of fate, this Ever After Effect wedding was for a beautiful daughter whose father is courageously fighting the same disease that took our founder’s mother. The connection was instant, and the significance was profound. For us, it wasn’t just about planning, styling, and documenting a wedding. It was about preserving memories that will live on forever, capturing love in its purest form, and holding space for a family walking through both joy and hardship.
There were tears — the kind that well up when you realise how precious each moment truly is.
There was laughter too, and endless joy, spilling across long tables set beneath the soaring ceilings of Epicurean Red Hill. The space was transformed into something out of a romantic film: glowing candlelight, cascading florals, and that effortless warmth the Epicurean is known for.
Every detail spoke of love and intention. From the delicate stationery and florals curated by Philoxi Styling, to the draping and linens that softened and elevated the room, the atmosphere was nothing short of magical. Guests gathered around dreamy long tables, sharing stories, raising glasses, and leaning into the kind of celebration that only happens once in a lifetime.
As the sun set across Red Hill, the room filled with music, laughter, and the energy of people completely present in the moment.
The dance floor lit up, stories were woven into speeches, and two families became one under the rafters of a place that has seen countless love stories — but never one quite like this.
For us, this day was more than a wedding. It was a call back to why we do what we do.
